Angel Food Ministry

Building & Grounds Team

Children’s Ministry Leadership Team

Cleaning Teams
Provide general housekeeping for the worship space, prayer room, kitchen and restrooms at Mosaic. Cleaning teams generally serve once a month or as you’re able. Call Elaine Ponder (706) 210-9057.
Community Group Coaching Team
Coach leaders and develop groups designed to lead people on a journey toward strong community and healthy relationships. Led by Jean Carr (706) 951-5284.
Downtown Outreach Team
Ground floor planning/preparation for starting a new congregation in the downtown area of Augusta based at St. James United Methodist Church. Contact Carolyn Moore (706) 877-6468.
First Impressions Team
Serve as a friendly face! Be an usher or greeter and create an atmosphere of love, fellowship and excitement for everyone who enters Mosaic. Greet and give info. Call Nora or Arthur Apple (706) 541-9517.
Hospitality Team
Provide set-up and coordination of beverages and pastries between Sunday services. To get involved call, Julia Impink (706) 339-7071.
Imagine Team
Keep us focused and inspired as we work toward our vision to expand ministry resources through the purchase of the building we now lease on Columbia Industrial Boulevard. Call Steve Cutcliffe (706) 651-1168.
Jerusalem House Team
Responsible for maintaining interior and exterior of our transitional house in Evans. Call Ted Herlo (706) 627-0994.
Media and Sound Teams
Sound techs provide set-up and maintenance of equipment, operation of the sound system during services and special events. Media techs work with the worship team and pastor to provide meaningful visuals for services. Media techs also supervise the recording of worship services. Call Randle Berlin (706) 726-2367.
Mentoring Team for at-risk kids
Participate in providing meaningful relationships for at-risk kids in our area. Call Don Raley (706) 414-0379.
Parking Lot Team
Coordinate the flow of traffic within the Mosaic parking lots and guide vehicles to available parking spaces. Also assist disabled people and those with special needs with parking. Contact Steve Moore (706) 860-1832.
Praise and Worship Team
Provide leadership on Sundays and at special services and events. Singers and instrumentalists rehearse Wednesday Nights, 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Mosaic. Led by Cindy Wilkinson (706) 373-2984.
Prayer Team
Intercessory prayer for our mission, those in the “family,” and those not yet with us. Opportunities include prayer before worship (9:00 a.m.), prayer ministry during services (both 9:30 and 11) and intercession throughout the week. To get involved, contact Cindy Wilkinson (706) 373-2984.
Resource Team
Into Bible study? Serve by researching upcoming sermon topics in cooperation with the pastor, to improve the quality and scope of Sunday messages. Call Carolyn Moore (706) 877-6468.
Worship Arts Team
Includes drama, special music, dance, and other creative effects to give meaningful support to the service, season or event. To join, call Cindy Wilkinson (706) 373-2984.
Worship Servants
Prepare the worship space for Sunday services by helping prepare for baptisms, communion, worship fliers, and by creating a positive atmosphere of worship. Call Sheldon and Shelia Eastman (706) 726-8732.
Youth Ministry Leadership Team
Supports the discipleship of students in 6th through 12th grades. Meets each Sunday at Mosaic, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., with additional regular planning meetings. Led by Curt Hill. (706) 631-8666.
