Our Goal

Our main concern for your child is that he/she grows up with a positive church experience that nurtures his/her love for God and helps your child to feel His love. Toward that end, we have an absolute commitment to safety. Our volunteers are regularly trained to give your child the most effective discipleship experience possible.

I am Joy Barr.  My God who created everything made me.  He loves me.  That’s who I am.

We also have Fun

We bring kid-inspired fun to every service through energetic worship music, interactive games, and friendly environments. Our team is made up of people who feel called to share the love of Jesus with kids, and every Sunday they help bring energy, happiness, and love to your child’s church experience.

We are safe

Your child’s safety is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to a system that creates a safe environment physically, emotionally and spiritually.  This means our staff and volunteers in every service and classroom have completed a background check. We follow the UMC’s ‘safe sanctuaries’  format and abide by two-deep leadership at all times. Our entire team is thoroughly trained and immersed in a culture of safety and cleanliness with the wellbeing of your child in mind.

We provide discipleship

As a church, we are always investing in the next generation and a strong emphasis on relationships. From praying over infants to sharing living Bible lessons with elementary kids, our goal is for each child to learn about the Bible and experience God’s presence weekly. KidCity teachings follow our Motive so the entire family can discuss what they learned at church on the ride home!

There is a place for the little ones in the nursery

A warm and inviting place! We will hold, feed, and love your baby as if they were our own! Nursery care is provided for all worship services and parents are encouraged to let us care for your child while you enjoy the service.

This area is specially designed for mothers with infants to enjoy the Sunday service in our nursery where you can feed, change, and care for your baby while you enjoy listening to the service via audio. When you are attending a Mosaic Sunday service, one of our greeters or KidCity volunteers will direct you to the room.

In this very active room, kids are taught Bible-based lessons through active hands-on learning. We provide age-appropriate activities art, fingerplays, stories, and music. Weather permitting there is outdoor learning and playground time.
